A Diverse Background in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation
Noel Mondhe is a dedicated physiotherapist in Abbotsford, British Columbia, with a diverse educational and clinical background spanning physiotherapy, sports therapy, rehabilitation, and traditional Ayurvedic techniques.
Noel completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India, where he developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and patient care. Early in his career, he worked for two years at an Ayurvedic Research Institute, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience with traditional Ayurvedic techniques and approaches to health and healing.
This experience helped shape his interest in looking beyond symptoms and understanding the body as a whole.
He later pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy in the United Kingdom, expanding his knowledge of sports injuries, movement dysfunction, rehabilitation, and performance.
During his time in the U.K., Noel gained valuable clinical experience working alongside experienced therapists associated with Leeds United F.C., a Premier League football club.
This exposure provided him with insight into the high standards of sports injury assessment, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance used in professional sport.
Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation
Noel has completed both levels of vestibular therapy training and is a certified concussion therapist.
His clinical interests include dizziness, balance problems, vestibular disorders, concussion rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and return-to-activity programs.
He believes that effective physiotherapy begins with understanding why a problem is happening — not simply where it hurts.

Finding the Problem Others May Have Missed
One of Noel’s greatest clinical interests is helping people who have been dealing with chronic pain or persistent musculoskeletal problems without finding a lasting solution.
He particularly enjoys working with patients who say:
“I've tried physiotherapy before, but I still don't know what's causing the problem.”
Rather than focusing only on the painful area, Noel takes the time to assess movement patterns, joint mobility, muscle function, posture, strength, coordination, and other contributing factors.
His goal is to identify the underlying factors that may be contributing to a patient's symptoms and develop an individualized treatment and rehabilitation plan.
Whether you are dealing with a sports injury, chronic musculoskeletal pain, a recurring injury, balance or vestibular concerns, or a problem that has not improved with previous treatment, Noel takes a thorough and personalized approach to physiotherapy.
A Physiotherapist Who Cares About the Whole Person
Outside the clinic, Noel enjoys running, spending time with his children, and reading the Bible.
“Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.”— John 1:12
For Noel, physiotherapy is more than treating an injury. It is about helping people understand their bodies, regain confidence in movement, return to the activities they love, and work toward a healthier and more active life.
